Sevananda is a small grocery co-op that offers produce, baked goods, frozen food, bulk food, as well as toiletries and a huge natural health section with really knowledgeable staff. Their deli foods are great too. Plus they have lots of cardboard boxes which comes in handy when you are moving. They are a really great store.

I used to use Sevananda back when I was a strick Vegitarian (no dairy, no animal fats) for all my shopping needs and it was great. I am no longer a vegitarian but I still find myself shopping there. They have a wide selection of organic produce, exotic drinks, exotic dishes, refined sugar, salt, and peper substitutes. And much more. If you care about who you are and what you put in your body , you need to shop there.

I love shopping at Sevananda because I know that I am supporting a community owned business. They have the best selection of Organic and Locally Grown foods. The hot food bar is to die for!!! And I have never seen such a large selection of Bulk Goods before. I have attended the yoga class several times and really appreciate the enthusiasm of the instructor and the warm welcome I receive. Sevananda is a great resource for information regarding healthy living and I have become a total class junkie and many of the classes are taught for free! Last time I was in the store, I got a free bumper sticker that said "Shop Local, Own Local". You can't get better than that!

I feel healthier just walking in there. I haven't seen anything overpriced, as most organic food can be. The people there are really nice and they have convenient hours.

They have a great selection, good prices. Produce is expensive. Prepared foods are good, they even carry take out from R Thomas Deluxe.
