If they are hard to find tickets expect to pay a little more. If they are tickets to non sold out events sometimes I can get them for way under face value

Good if you have the cash! This is one of the 2 major ticket resalers in the area. You can check out their website and browse their inventory or superiot seats for sports and music venues. Expect to pay big for the seats though. I've used them a couple times and it cost me about 4 or 5 times face value for the good seats.
