Called for mower repair. They said bring it to the side of the bldg. I drove 25 minutes, went to the side, rang the bell. Operator said "I'll let them know". 10 minutes later, I called again. operator said "I'll make sure they know you're there". 10 minutes later, still no response, reloaded the mower and drove around to the front entrance. When inside and was told "well, we don't have parts for Toro, and if it doesn't need a part and we can work on it, we are running 2 and 1/2 weeks minimum. Great service! Friendly but incompetent.
